Searching, Killing, Crying is a standalone sequel to Alma Wants New Playmates.

 

Henning is left after being separated from Alma. Unable to accept this, he begins searching for her across the country.

 

He follows leads through lesbian bars and spaces where he believes she may appear or have been seen.

 

At the same time, Henning starts recording video logs of himself online, where he talks directly to the camera about his thoughts and emotions. Over time, these recordings become more unstable and obsessive.

 

While continuing his search, Henning becomes aware that he is being followed by a mysterious figure. The presence appears sporadically, suggesting that he is not alone in his pursuit.
